Doitsu Hotel - Taipei

The hotel exceeded my expectations in many ways. the location was fantastic, tucked away in a quiet corner near major thoroughfares and the train station. It was surrounded by various attractions, parks, and even a biking lane nearby. Secondly, the staff were friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any requests. Lastly, the rooms with 2 single-sized beds were spacious and clean, providing a comfortable stay.

No major issues were encountered during my stay.

The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing a daily water bottle. The hotel's location is conveniently close to the city center, and the spacious rooms were kept clean.

This hotel is located in a great area with lots of food options nearby, including high-end restaurants and inexpensive local eateries. You can easily walk to several parks, museums, and other attractions from here. the rooms are clean and spacious, some with great views of the city. the staff is friendly and helpful, making you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. the amenities like WiFi, TV, and air conditioning all work well, and the breakfast buffet offers a decent selection of Chinese and Western options.

The carpet in some rooms may need to be replaced, showing noticeable stains.

Despite its affordable prices, this hotel pays close attention to detail. The staff was friendly and accommodating, always ensuring our needs were met. The WiFi in the room is not good, which can be frustrating when trying to load videos or use messaging apps. the hotel does not provide big containers of soap and shampoo in the room, so we had to ask for more almost every day.

Good location with easy access to public transportation. Nearby convenience stores, coffee shops, and restaurants make it easy to grab a quick meal or drink. Comfortable and clean rooms with basic amenities and fast Wi-Fi.

The breakfast selection is limited and could use more variety. Some rooms lack windows and may feel cramped.
